Orders shipping within the VN:
- HA NOI – HCM (1-2 Business Days)
- Suburban (2-3 Business Days)
Orders shipping internationally to the US:
- International (10-15 Business Days)
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes!. To find out if shipping is available to your country, proceed to the checkout page and use the dropdown menu under ‘Country / Region’ to see if your country is included.
For orders shipping from the Vn to International destinations, the following shipping options are available:
- International Standard 10-15 Business Days (no tracking)
- International Plus 10-15 Business Days (partial tracking)
All orders will be transferred to and delivered by your local postal service. Customs and duties fee are not calculated at time of purchase.

How do I place an Order?

- When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CHECK OUT” button.
- Complete order by fill your information (name, email, shipping address…).
- Choose your payment method.
- Done.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one hour of purchase.
To cancel your order, please email to us with your Order ID and the reason you dont want to keep this order.

How Can I Return a Product?
Items purchased from artists on the our shop are custom made and did just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. However, exchanges can be offered for apparel sizing issues. To set up an exchange, please reach out via the Contact Us, include your original order information and the size you’d like in your e-mail, and we’ll take care of the rest!
